Our weekly meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.

We have an exchange student arriving in August, and are in need of host families. Please see Tom Narak if you or someone you know would like to host.

Bunny Harper golf tournament will be held on July 15th at the Legacy Golf Course. Let's bring the trophy back to our club!

3 minute speaker:

Harold Hulleman, aka "the Bicycle Guy," was our 3 minute speaker. Harold enjoyed a long career in education, from teacher to administrator. We appreciate all his "behind the scenes" work to keep our club running smoothly.

Today's speaker was Mike Bringle. Mike is a member of SCORE.

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed. SCORE is a valuable national network of 13,000+ volunteers who offer small business entrepreneurs confidential business counseling services at no charge. SCORE volunteers have the knowledge and experience to help any small business owner get the help they need. The organization focuses on both early stage entrepreneurs and established business looking to grow.

SCORE also provides local workshops and events throughout the country to connect small business owners with the people and information they need to start, grow, and maintain their businesses, as well as online workshops available 24/7. SCORE provides resources, templates and tools to assist entrepreneurs in developing tools and plans they need to navigate their way to small business success.

Some of the services SCORE provides are mentoring, workshops, and round tables. You can get involved by becoming a mentor and lending your expertise, or if you need assistance, contact SCORE.
