Last Weeks Program (10-17-06) Russ Ver Ploeg introduced Lisa Hein with Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation. The mission for this foundation is: Protecting Iowa's land, water and wildlife for the future generation. She talked about current projects and the importance of having land protected or set up for recreational trails.
